Richie Owen's first Christmas and the days leading up to it were nothing short of magical. Every night, he would spend time staring at the Christmas lights on the tree. He loved getting presents and all the attention that the holiday brought. Sharing some of our special captures from the holiday season including ringing in the New Year together.

After breathing fully in and out, give a signal for the person to squeeze harder with their hands in a quick thrusting manner (this takes some practice and coordination), which will extend the spine somewhat and likely release a few joints. 10/25/2022 11:18:29 pm
